Meets: 2nd Monday of each month

Tea Tree Gully Carers Group
Meets: 2nd Tuesday of each month
Time: 7.30 pm
Venue: Woodleigh House, Modbury Hospital, Hatherleigh Ave, 77 Smart Rd., MODBURY
Support Works Mood Disorder Consumer Group
Meets: every Wednesday aside from Term breaks
Time: 1 - 3 pm
Venue: Upstairs Conference Room, Mental Health Resource Centre, 1 Richmond Road, KESWICK
If group members arrive early, please meet in the Activity Centre, downstairs until the group starts.
Special Requirements:
- To attend this group, you must have a primary diagnosis of a mood disorder (depression, bipolar disorder or schizo-affective
disorder).
- A short meeting with a staff member is required prior to you entering the group.
- A personal details form, including your GP or Psychiatrist contact details, must be submitted prior to entering the group.
This form must also be signed to enable staff to contact relevant listed people on the form should an emergency arise.

Please Note: MIFSA is not a crisis intervention service. If you are in crisis, please contact ACIS (Adult
Crisis Intervention Services) on 13 14 65, Life Line on 13 11 14 or present to your nearest hospital emergency
centre.
